TF2 loadout not working.

I've recently aquired a Head Prize that I've painted and named. But now that I have it, my loadouts that include it do not work. I have restarted TF2, Steam and I have unequiped and requiped it too. But it isn't working.

upd: ok, I regained my old account, tied to steam, but now a new problem on the site: "There was an error while attempting to add this character to your queue. You do not have an account linked on this platform. You must link an account before you can add character to your queue."... (it's all about sr3)

upd 2: I found a button that changes the platform and now this ^ works, i have a question: Can I download my currently character, or all of the game action with community characters occurring at the beginning of a new game?
