Best Loadout for Loose Cannon
Hey, I am pretty good double donking and all, but pairs good with the loose cannon? I have tried charge and targe + Scottish handshake, just for the extra resistances and to kill people who are close range, but I would think the sticky launcher would be good against scouts, who are my natural enemy. Any suggestions?

I'll go with Tide Turner and Claidheamh Mór.

Get those double donks, if they flew away, charge them and finish the job.

For a moment I thought you meant the item from the binding of Isaac, then I realised it's the grenade launcher I don't have or use.
I would say stock and eyelander?

Just use the sticky launcher, it makes you much more versatile with the ability to set traps and zone people into moving predictably.
I use:
Loose Cannon
Chargin' Targe
Eyelander

Then whats the point of the Claidheamh Mor? If all I would be doing is using it to get them if they fly away, shouldnt I just use a bottle? It would save me the -10% damage resistance.

Loosecanon, any shield, some sword. Remember, being a pirate always came before being number one.

Because the sticky launcher is already good at traps, while the scottish resistance is only good at traps.

It's while active. Use the classic hit n' run, switch back to primary after use.
