Im trying to open HAMMER but im missing Tier0.dll and vstdlib.dll

Hey I'm trying to make a tf2 map and I just installed Ultimate Mapping Resource Pack by a boojum. I heard somewhere that Avast, my virus protection, sometimes deletes these files so i deleted avast and installed a different virus protection. would anyone know how to get these files back?

I tried verifying the file integrity of tf2 and it did nothing

btw I'm running the latest build of Hammer++ (updated earlier today)

My problem was that I installed hammer++ in the wrong path, instead of teamfortress2/bin I put it in Teamfortress2/tf/bin, so

see if you can open up stock hammer normally unless this replaces the old .exe, don't know if this does

Had the same issue, could not find an answer anywhere. It's when you have installed the hammer SDK on a different drive than the game itself. I had CSGO in my SSD and the CSGO SDK on a HDD. Just did a reinstall on the SSD for the SDK and it worked.
