Head over to the trading subforum, pretty much anybody will sell you one for any other weapon. Just open up your inventory so traders can see what you have if you want anything else. Ok?

Because i use steam mobile 98,8% of the time, desktop only for launching games.
If i wasn't lazy i'd make my own pic that isnt another plague doctor.

Get mobile auth go to scrap.tf link your steam account with scrap.tf then go to bot backpack find big earner then pay with scrap or with a item from your backpack ask to trade you are gonna be a queue wait 1min or so a trade offer will come accept then trade done you have the big earner

I myself am a 1700's medic main (not plague doctor) but I don't have my profile pic as that.

I really want a burly beast for my goof medic loadout, but it's too expensive.
