Mouse feels sluggish

After I downloaded the new win 10 update and nvidia driver, my tf2 in game mouse feels really slow. I'm not talking about a low sens, the sens is fine but its just has a really slow response time. It only occurs in tf2, strangely. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Edit: It feels as if I have to drag my mouse and I can feel a small yet noticeable delay when typing.

To be honest, windows 10 made drop my fps 30 to 10 unless, your PC reallys sucks like mine downgrade to 8 or 7 but it's your choice since my PC specs are different and mainly it just recently broke by a failing hard disk

Definitely not. My FPS is a stable 60 and my ping is almost always around 30.

Check you mouse excelleration in you in game settings under mouse settings

Probably a corrupt or broken driver, win10 upgrades tend to do that.

Reinstall mouse driver.

I have the very same issue... there is delay between moving my mouse and actual movement in TF2 after win 10 update... still didn't manage to solve it

I found a solution! Just go into your windows settings, gaming and disable the two checkboxes in game bar talking about game bar. I'd suggest disabling game mode as well because it has made my computer freeze, forcing me to force shut dpwn my laptop a couple of times.
