How does friend join Custom Game

I made a ctf_2fort map that can hold 2 players. I set everything up in the 'Create Server' option. Now, how does my friend join?

Since you don't know what that is, you probably set up a local server(can only be accessed by computers on your network) You need to open your router to accept activity from other computers, such as your friends, to make a public server. Look up online how to port forward a tf2 server for a tutorial.

Go to your server profile in right top of the screen click join game, or in friend list on steam select friend then select join, or server send a join game request.
