tf2 my casual rank reset back to level 1 badge but im level 31

so a couple of days ago i was playing casual i turned off tf2 then my badge reset itself to the first one but im level 31 any help

No one cares. Casual level means nothing other than you play casual a lot

Screenshots please. Never heard a case of that happening, but if you're basing your rank off of what you see on the score board in game, that can sometimes be wrong so don't look at that

This tends to be that you're not connected to the TF2 coordinator, It shows you're a level one cause that's the default level. If you know you're not a level one and it shows that you are its just a visual glitch. Or at least that's what it's been with me.
