logitech g13 joystick for movement

i can't get it to work as a true analog stick. the only thing i can do is assign WASD to it, which is identical to using a keyboard.

it's like an xbox joystick

I've got the g13 as well, I even tried to enable the xbox 360 controller in the console but acts like a mouse
