Can you use any Misc with Caped Crusader?

It's the soldier batman cape thingy.
I couldn't use my Classified Coif on it.
But can i use it with any other miscs?

No, that's why i'm asking.
I'm broke so i can't get any other miscs to try it out with.
The one i wanted to get is the Patriot's Pouches for my Pilot-themed outfit that i'm making

Yes.

And where do i do that?

You click a buttons that shows all the cosmetics and if they don't work together then the cosmetics that conflict with each other get highlighted
