is it possible to obtain this hat anymore?i heard you could only get it from the contracts from 2017 and that the only way to get it now is buying it with keys or somthing.is that true, or will i have an oppertunity next halloween?

The crate that it comes from can't be opened anymore but apparently it might come on sale in the mann co store eventually
