Hello. I am trying to put: http://gamebanana.com/skins/129805 into my game but something is not right. The mod will work for a bit but the next day or within an hour or two of shutting down the game the animations will revert back to the default animations. I also get an error in the console saying engineer.cfg not present, not executing. This has happened to the other models made by this same person like the Scout, medic, heavy etc. all stopped after some hours and got the same cfg error. I was only following the authors instructions to install these mods and I have tried to find solutions online but with no luck. I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

Did you put it in the 'Custom' folder?
did you try turning it off and on again?

animation mods don't work on sv_pure [ie valve servers] without preloading

Does this mean the aniamtions are dissabled in valve servers?
And if so what do I do?

You must preload. I'll tell you how to do it, basically, all you need to do is load into a server with the sv_pure at 0. Most community servers have it off and the offline practice mode also does. Every time I get on, I load up offline practice, join the server, choose the class to load it, then you can join any Valve server, regardless of sv_pure settings. You just gotta remember to do it every time you restart TF2

decompile the model open the qc file and do...

No I lied they will only work on community, custom, and offline servers. What do I do now?
