Matchmaking server list
Hi all,

so tf2 team for some reason decided official matchmaking servers, at gametracker.com no longer be shown, for australian servers at least. This might be true elsewhere.

Hasn't affected Uk or america lists. repeat only speaking official servers which are matchmaking servers.

please say if its affected in your country.

Given that is now one of very few ways of knowing what official server maps are hosted at any one time. Since tf2 team decided we no longer need to know what maps are hosted, on their own server list in steam/ingame.

And gametracker didn't track all hosted maps, thanks again valve.

Don't get why they do this, they only make a difficult service more difficult.

Doesn't do any good to list Valve server you cant join them.

What is even the point of such server list? You can't manually join Casual or Competitive (and probably MvM) servers, so why bother?

Can confirm, you can't even join boot camp servers because they're run by Valve now.

shouldnt have to explain it, you would at least know what maps are hosted n wat servers are not full, so not to waste time in qenues for a map that isnt hosted.

ad-hoc to matchmaking server is not allowed since july 2016 update

i can join servers just fine, but like any other region we should be entiled to server lists. alot of mp games have them for official servers hosted.

i noticed this was no longer shown, perhaps 3 weeks ago

dont know if its a error they dont know about or what. No one else seems effected.

Huh? Valve hosts some Boot Camp servers, but I remember joining Community ones without a problem

Not anymore I guess. It also needs you to be connected to the TF coordinator service, which further proves my point...

You can connect to community MvM servers via bootcamp.

Nope. Tried it recently, kept connecting to Valve servers.

Maybe there simply weren't any community servers around you? Or you were connected to Valve servers because of ping or other players
