Very Odd Conscientious Objector Bug

I recently used a decal tool on one of my Conscientious Objectors recently.
I decided to use that old trick to allow colored images when using the decal tool, however,
when i finished applying the image and went to equip the sign, no damn joke,
instead of the image i picked originally, it was a picture of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pony. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=851035281
I have absolutely no idea why this happened, i don't even have that image anywhere on the computer i was using.
I thought maybe it was a weird server issue, since those are common with decals and whatnot, but after restarting, changing computers, and viewing through backpack viewers, it's not going away.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I've seen a bug where people will drop their objector with their images on it, but once it hits the floor it'll be a random objector someone else has. Even had a few instances where my objector popped up even though I hadn't dropped it at all.

If they ever put color decals back into the game maybe I'd care to use decals again. I still like the fact that they removed the color of my clan prides decal even though I applied it before the removed the full color decal feature.

Luckily it wasn't much of a change, it just turned the Red color to more of a rust brown. =/

I wouldn't mind updating it though with the newer varient of the old Team Fortress logo that I made into a spray too. With some minor tweaks ( mostly a different background, not just the old Quake logo ).
