what is the command to put tf2 in graphics settings

Are you talking about mat_phong 0? Or are you trying to lower your video settings like textures and shadows?

those aren't a console command but instead called a "config" i believe

Configs have console commands on them.

Anyways OP, if you don't understand configs and want to do the easier way, put "-dxlevel 80" into the launch options and then put in-game graphig options into the lowest
