[Unusual] Mad Mask
So I noticed a lot of misc items have unusuals, especially the masks. Pyromancers mask for example. My favorite misc is the Mad Mask and it seems ridiculous for it to not have an unusual form like the other maks similar to it.

Think about it, the Mad Mask being unusual would give Heavy another way to have two unusual effects.
