Minigun viewmodels.

This is a stupid question but I need to clear my curiosity about minigun viewmodels.

1) I see some people's minigun viewmodels like this (at 0:33)

I persume that it is viewmodel_fov 70 but this is what it looks like (at 0:42)

Sorry I can't get actual images but I just wanna ask, where does the minigun viewmodel from the first video come from? Is it a mod where I can download? Or is it only for those who have a specific hud? Because I hate the way the minigun viewmodel looks at viewmodel_fov 70 being so bulky at the bottom.
I know I used "certain" videos from TF2 youtubers but that's beside the question.

2) Do you guys prefer the old minigun viewmodel where the drum can be seen or the c_model minigun viewmodel?

Its not the fov, its an entire new model used. The big viewmodel where you can see the drum was the one we had from 2007 until Gun Mettle where VALVe had to change it so it is compatable for the inspect animations and compatable with skins. I like the old one better but as of now there is no way to get it in game unless you play Team Fortress 2 Classic.

If you see the old one in a video than it is an old clip.

Both videos were post-Gun Mettle.
OP was probably correct in their assumption that it's just different FOV settings.
