How do i install tf2 classic (mod)

I'm having trouble getting it in my steam libary.

Installing
1. Download

Download the client.

2. Extract

Once downloaded, extract everything to your "steamapps/sourcemods" directory. You should now have "steamapps/sourcemods/tf2classic".

3. Install Source SDK Base

Go to the 'Tools' section in your Steam client and Install Source SDK 2013 Base Multiplayer.

4. Restart Steam

Once it has finished updating, restart Steam

Check your games. You should see "Team Fortress 2 Classic" has appeared on your games library.

i have the sdk base downloaded, and the client folder in thje right place, and restarted steam its just not showing up in my steam libary.

I use qBittorrent client or utorrent I don't recommend any more, the older utorrent I do.

I am downloading the file with my qBittorrent client it is at 53% WinRAR archive (.7z) file

did everything still no tf2classic in my library

edit:i was able to fix it :D :i did all the steps to install it but to no evail when i went to check my library it just wasn't there:

i have the same problem. ive done everything right, but my file is a internet explorer file
