Halloween Spells

honestly having 900 hours in tf2 i would think i would know what halloween spells do but i dont. Can someone help because im stiing here looking for trades and it says it has a halloween spell so does that activate on full moon and halloween

yep, spells activate on full moon/halloween
the main 3 are footprints (trails), hat paints that change colour, and different weapon effects

so whats the spelll "voices from below" and i thought thre was something that made haloween excluisve items avaliable all times or am i just high

All of the various spells that can be applied to cosmetics and weapons:
- Paint-can spells that let your cosmetics cycle through a specific colour spectrum
- Footprint spells that draw particles as you move
- Exorcism spells that produce ghost particles from enemies you kill
- Pumpkin spells that change your explosives orange and their smoke trails purple
- Fire spells that change flamethrower fire green (and override the Phlog beam)
- Voiceline spells that deepen the voice of the merc

ah yeah, forgot about that one
when equipped, it drops the voice of the mercenary who wears it and is an all-class effect
