Is the Tipped Lid a bad hat?

My friend says the Tipped Lid looks bad (he thinks the charity stuff is cool but the look is bad) thoughts?

The only cosmetic even similar is the Modest Pile of Hat which sorta goes well with the Dead of Night but, I don’t know.
