go the classifieds section of bptf
search for the bruiser
it lists people who are looking to trade theirs
either add them or send them a trade offer if they have their links set up properly

you could also look around scrap.tf, the hat bots there are usually offloading some

1) buy one on the mann.co store or marketplace.tf
2) search for trade listing on the backpack.tf and send offer / add someone and trade with them
3) there are also trade offers on baazar.tf
4) Look for this specific item on steam sub-forum tf2 trade
