The real TF2 minimum system requirements?

On my old laptop tf2 is laggy even though i reduced the graphic settings to minimum.
Heres my spec:
I3-2330m
2gb ram
intel hd 3000
so yeah what is the real requirements?

i'm running the same setup, with a Titan XP in place of a 1060, and this barely manages to stay at 60fps. and no, it's not my computer. this system is two weeks old.

Are you using Windows 10? Cause I know Windows 10 force enables v-sync with their Xbox crap, though it can be disabled.

Running tf2 on my system you still see some lag, compare to Overwatch DX-11 you see no lag what's so ever.

In tf2 I get over 80 fps on a server computer with a GT 640 in its x1 slot. bottom line tf2 is toaster ware

I use a gtx 970 and I get a consistent 80 - 300 fps

Use chris config if you can't get 60 fps

do you have any idea how poorly optimized this game is.

also it only drops below 60Fps when i set the processor speed to 16.5% speed. i get like 300FPS in game.
