Yeah, doing 50 damage with noscope hits is pretty useful.

Sydney sleeper, sleeper can't pull off headshots, but it covers your target in Jarate (or piss), so good luck.

Sydney Sleeper. Fast charge, makes them take mini-crits (35% more damage and damage falloff is removed; most distant guns end up doing double damage) and I've heard you can put out fires on allies.

Not swearing by it though, haven't played since reading such a changelog and I could be wrong.

use the sydney sleeper, less salty players because you actualy cannot hit headshots with this weapon, unless they're extra toxic they'll complain about the weapon. Pissing on the enemies is quite fun but also seems kind of pointless because to actually get piss on people for less than a second you have to charge the shot longer and they would most likely be already dead because of low hp due to powerful shots unless they have a pocket medic.
You can also justify using the darwins when pairing it with the weapon

It is, if you're fighting a scout who is right next to you you can bodyshot him 3 times.

Less if he's even lower.
