I can't vote!

When someone is hacking or being idle, and SOMEONE ELSE calls a vote, I can't press F1 or F2 to say "yes" or "no". Because my F1 and F2 buttons are my volume buttons (changing volume). Is there anyway I can change this?

doesn't your Keyboard have an Fn key for volume? maybe try to unbind that on your computer

Look online there's probably a way to bind it to different stuff. If you have a laptop, the Fn key next to the Windows key (in most of the cases) is the one in charge of enabling function keys. Maybe Fn + F1 and such will work. I have my F11 and F12 keys locked in a similar way and Fn makes them work
