Why the enforcer is a useless piece of♥♥♥♥♥

I'm going to talk about the spy's worst gun and worst item overall: The Enforcer.

Lets go over the benefits of this item:

+20% damage when disguised
"Attacks pierce damage resistance effects and bonuses"

Downsides:
No random crits
20% slower firing speed

Ok, so you get +20% damage, for ONE BULLET. Wooo. Being that the enforcer only works when you are disguised, it is an ambush weapon. Guess what other weapon works far better as an ambush weapon? Your knife! So you could instakill an unsuspecting target or shoot them. Seems like the enforcer isn't too great?

That +20% damage basically makes sense in one situation: razorback snipers. Any other time your knife is a better ambush weapon. Pyros, soldiers, and other classes are better fought with a revolver or ambassador because of the firing rate decrease. And guess what, the abassador works great against razorback snipers. They tend to stand still, so aim isn't an issue.

Ok okay, so what about that pierce thing? Sounds great, except it doesn't work! Dead Ringer, cloak, battalions backup, fists of steel, wrangler, and other damage resistances simply aren't pierced.

So basically it is a useless gun with a low firing rate, no random crits, and the ability to pierce the vaccinator. How often do you actually see vaccinators? Oh it works on brass beast damage resistance too! Spy shoots spun up brass beast heavy with gun. Spy is smart spy. (sarcasm) (spy aint gonna win that battle)

Here's how the enforcer could be made not a useless piece of♥♥♥♥♥♥

+20% damage vs buildings
+30% accuracy
Attacks ACTUALLY pierce all damage resistance effects and bonuses

20% slower firing speed
No random crits

Effect: Gives the enforcer a niche for dealing with damage resistances and engineer buildings.

its atleast decent for two shotting enemies while disguised but then again, diamondback and amby will serve you better for that

It's better this way instead of being a direct upgrade to the Revolver, which is already an excellent weapon.

I thought of this idea when was drunk. But how about we make the Enforcer similar to the R8 Revolver from CSGO. 20% extra damage, but each shot needed to be charged for a short time to reach the 20% extra damage. Fire immediately, regular damage. Charge it, 20% extra damage. Keep the slower firing speed, scrap the damage pierce or make it so it only pierces bullet resistance. And bam, a revolver that can compete with the Ambassador. (I think this is a bad idea.)

Just make it pierce properly and prolly make the damage bonus be 25%.
