TF2 Funko Pops are here! Edit: 10/14
Along with the new release of Sniper, Scout, and I believe Medic figures coming out by NECA.

A GameStop preorder list showed that

TF2 Medic
TF2 Scout
TF2 Heavy are all coming sometime this year.

Along with that is one Portal Pop.

Looks like Valve is trying to push out some more merchandise. If a lot of you want to support that and see more stuff from Valve coming out, I genuinely encourage people to preorder those pops.

Guarntee if those three sell decently, we'll get the whole crew.

Edit: They have released. You can now find these Pops at most stores that carry them. Saw a ton at Target, Game Stop. Go ahead and support your game.

its nice to see tf2 merch out there and valve giving this game some much more needed love. it gives me a sliver of glee to see this game get attention.

not a big fan of the funko pops themselves tho

Game Stop has preorder lists that you can ask for at the desk.

I follow a group of collectors that take them every month or every two weeks?

Showed a new wave of Thor pops for the movie. Stranger Things wave 2 pops. And right in the middle of them were TF2 Pops.

I was shocked.

Great news for those who love collecting worthless plastic stuffed figurines (eg. Warhammer players) while the rest of us say "Cool" and move on.

Great news for those who worried Valve completely left this game to dust when it comes to merch and a great chance to show Valve people still care.

But y'know.

I wish there were proper figures and nendoroids instead.

I just googled this, and I have no idea why there is any hype behind these things.

There are proper figures.

NECA already made them.

A bad news for valve dont hire more programers to work with the game faster, making us wait longer, losing hope

I think it's less that Valve doesn't know its community cares, it's that THEY don't care.

There's not enough money in a game like TF2 for them anymore to justify spending time on it when payed for games like CS:GO are doing so much better.

I feel like the money would be there if they tried to advertise, update, make this game somewhat fresh.

Do something to make people want to play it and make it feel more balanced. I still this a comp mode where the only weapons are stock would pull some people in to it. That, and the F2P thing definitely isn't doing it any favors.
