Need A Cheat Code - Stuck in Final Fight
Have tried the final fight in the 'true ending' storyline 46 times now, failed each time. I simply cannot win. I've tried all the strategies that others have used on Youtube. It just won't work. Feeling really quite sick. To have played all this time and to stumble at the final hurdle. It's why I usually don't play action games. Does anyone have a god mode cheat so that I can at least get through to the ending?

The only thing I died to were the explosive guys, if you avoid killing them instantly it should be easy. Besides that use the Green Sword if you have health issues, or do some other stories first to gain some levels.

Nah, I'm not putting any more time into this. Just want to finish it and uninstall it.

You can freeze the exploding guys with the ice sword. In addition it is an area of effect attack. You know how to change swords with the D-pad (or whatever keys correspond on the keyboard)? Do you have the game-breaking shield gem equipped, and the one that gives you energy when you kill enemies?

You need only hold the button down as you attack to freeze them then immediately let it go so you aren't continually consuming energy too. Repeatedly switching targets helps preemptively delay attacks too.

...so... there are no cheat codes? I'm not looking for 'tips', I've already scoured the internet and tried everything... Thanks for your time though.

I told you exactly how to win. If you are that desperate you can level up more too by doing paths you didn't do yet.

If you are off the walls determined to not give it the effort to win, I suspect you could easily find the health value with Cheat Engine.

Update: Finally finished it. Figured out that my problem was lag. Playing on my laptop, my framerate is very low, so it didn't matter what I did, they would always get more hits on me than I could possibly dodge. So I took all the settings down to their absolute minimum, which upped my framerate, and I finished it on my second try.

Thanks for the input, everyone.

Now I'm going to uninstall this stress-inducer and vow never to play any twitch action game ever again. Turn Based RPGs and Point and Click Adventures only from now on! :)

^Glad you finished it. I wouldn't really call this a "twitch" action game though, plus there's ways to level so you can minimize that aspect of it. But you're right, it is a pretty demanding game graphically even if it doesn't look like it.

Yeah it's puzzling to me how this game takes longer than pretty much any other game I've ever played to load, even from my SSD. I love the game, but it's interesting it's like that.

It *is* poorly optimized, both from a load perspective and from a runtime requirement hog...but still fun. Wish it had been fixed - the first achievement bugged out on me, the Shield Smasher gem is OverPowered (OP), and the Treasure Hunter gem did nothing entire game (used it until the end). Not to mention cutscenes can't be skipped. Fix those things it would go from good -> great.

Yeah I agree, guess it's okey for an first Game I believe? But yes the Shield Breaker is so powerful, never switched it out, the Treasuregem is obsolete, I mean rare loot, when you don't get any Stones after you forged the Swords anymore, and always get a Gem when opening Big Chests anyways, until you have all 21.

Really wished they would have put some Bonus Exp in those Chests instead of just measly HP/MP Food, which you don't even need most off the Time, and don't get me started on the not Skipping of Dialogue I heard 30+ Times already x_X

So yeah with a bit of Balancing, skippable "already read"-Dialogue, and a bit more Spiced up Fighting, like e.g. Bastion where you had an abundance of Weapons, not just Swords, this would really go up in Score.
