Well unfortunately there's no way to make a neutral review but I don't want to put a bad one because the concept of the game is great and I'm sure it's an awesome and fun way to learn hiragana if you really don't want to spend a few hours drilling them in a more traditional way. My main issues with the game comes from the gameplay and more specifically from the animations speed during fights, I didn't go far into the game because I couldn't stand waiting 5-8 sec per turn for every character and ennemies to make basic attacks. I just wish we could make the fights go x3-x5 speed, it would make the experience way more enjoyable imo. I was excited to try the katakana and kanji version but i don't see myself spending a total of multiple hours just waiting for the character to attack.
Otherwise the story is silly and cute, the dialogues are pretty funny.
