Where to buy Kotatsu?

I have finished the game. I only missed 1 side quest, "Seasons Change" which requires me to buy a "Kotatsu". I couldn't locate where to buy it, need help.

From the shop in the northern Japanese city. It's listed in hiragana.

ehr what northern city is meant? There's Fukishima but I can't enter it( + there's also Sapporo but it's separated & I don't know hot to get there( What do you mean "It's listed in hiragana."?! (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻

i remember buying it from the town where it snows and electricty is cut off. It is written in hiragana, so one should carefully identify what is in sale.

aaa I get it)) and I at first thought the name of the city is written in Hiragana) But I still don't understand how to reach that place(( but nevertheless thanks for reply I'll try again tomorrow!

You will eventually go there if you proceed in the game. There are some other cities which will never be opened tough. I think they are only for general information about japan map or sth.
