Constraint Freeze To World check change.
This past Halloween I made a pumpkin head that I could take off and drop in world using the Freeze To World feature of the new VRC parent constraint, and it was working just fine until this new update.

Did some testing and as far as I can tell, the location data of the constraint is loaded and used before it checks if the Freeze To World is activated, and therefore when I drop the pumpkin with my hand, it returns to the default position (As I had all sources a 0 on my parent constraint) before getting dropped there, instead of doing what it was doing before the update, where it would drop from my hand where it was located.

No clue if this was intentionel or an error of some kind, but it would be nice if I didn't have to make 3 different drop animations when I could use 1 before.

In short, would it be posible to have the constraints check for Freeze To World before the location data?
