Custom Avatar appearing as Red Outline

Hey,
I tried importing a couple of custom avatars to stuff around with but when I switch to any of them it just turns my model into a red outline that doesn't move anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?

Getting the same thing. My avatars do work, but people can't see it. They keep seeing me in queue like if it was loading, but it never does. I think it's another server issue.

i tried a custom avatar and it showes this red ghost thing and i cant see other custom avatars only defult its a little diffrent issue

there are more issues than that one with avatars. the mods say they fixed everything with the latest patch, but they clearly didn't.
also am i the only one who noticed that when you join a world now it's like no one is there but after 30 seconds eveyrbody starts popping out of nowhere?

it happend to me but i cant see anyone only there names and below their name it sais queue

Yep, same here. I followed a tutorial to the letter and still don't work. I see my own avatar, but everyone else sees a floating nametag with 'Queue' text and an empty loading bar.

Same here for the custom avars that I uploaded last night. I can still use my older uploaded ones, however.
