no, you need a headset for hand tracking to work

there is no addon or program to allow me to simulate my arms moving ? i cant rely only on emotes

isnt there a leap motion thing you can use,
i remember reading a guide to use a google cardboard, a few apps and programs, and a leap motion to experience vr for cheap.
