[Help] Safe Mode keeps turning on

Whenever I enter VRChat and open my menu to access the World, Avatar, or any other menu it enables safe mode every time. No matter how many times I disable it the thing keeps turning back on. Help or suggestions will be amazing.

Yes I have already verified the integrity of the game files.

you gotta disable it on the top of the quick menu then you gotta put your safety setting back to your preferred setting
