VRC is unable to join any worlds.

Every time I try to boot up VRC (including when I boot it through the browser), it'll log me in, get stuck on the blue bubbles screen, then after a bit it'll give me this popup:

"Can't Travel"
"An unexpected error occured. Please try again or restart
VRChat. (Code: 0)"

Pressing Okay on the popup causes it to repeat the 'getting stuck on the bubbles screen' then do the popup again.

I'm using windows 10, running VRC through Steam, and have tried restarting steam, and even my computer. Same result.
I've checked my antivirus, and it hasn't blocked anything relating to VRC, either.

Edit: I've now attempted both with and without the open beta. Same result, both times.

I've checked that it's not Easy Anti-Cheat, Elden Ring still starts fine.
