Help it says I don’t own the avi yet I bought it
I bought an avi and it tells me “Attempted to upload an avi we do not own, clearing blueprint ID” when there was nothing there in the first place. I give the same files to someone else and they can upload it perfectly fine. I’ve deleted everything related to unity and CC before and cleared it all out for a fresh start and I still have the same problem.

You probably have a blueprint ID copied from a different user. When you first upload an avatar, it gets assigned a unique ID to keep all future edits/versions contained as one avatar and to lookup and associate the avatar description with the specific upload. These IDs are also linked to the account that uploads them, making them incompatible with other users.

This is an easy fix. Select your avatar in the scene. Scroll down to the "Pipeline Manager (Script)" component. Presumable there is a field labeled Blueprint ID followed by a long string of numbers. Click on the "Detach (optional)" button.

This will clear the blueprint ID. A new ID will be assigned when you next upload the avatar.

This same ID number is used to associate the uploaded Windows version of the avatar with the uploaded Android version of the avatar. Select "Copy Component" from the Pipeline Manager component drop down menu. Then click "Paste Component Values" in the drop down menu for the pipeline manager component on the other version of the avatar.

Hope this helps!

I’ve done that numerous times with other Avis and this current avi. Even if there’s nothing there I’ll still try to generate a new one and I still get the same error. Start to finish. There is nothing in the blueprint ID
