VRChat
Game Crashed After Booting Up for a Short Bit
This has been a problem I've been facing for a while now, and I have ZERO clue on how to fix it. Everytime I try to boot up the game, it starts for a bit, but then give me a pop-up window saying something along the lines of "VRChat - Unity 2022.3.22f1-DWR_6b36b0121ca4" and then the game stops and closes out automatically.

I've looked around for solutions, and NONE of them seem to be working; so any advice would be greatly appreicated.

didnt say how you where accessing vrc so....
if vrc account go here https://vrchat.com/home/avatars and click reset avatar
if none vrc account and on desktop hold i repeat HOLD back slash the entire time vrc is loading so you spawn in in a default robot avatar
for vr i think its hold both menu buttons for the duration? not sure tho

because error imidiately on load in 99% of cases is the avatar your wearing.

edit: \ back slash, / forward slash

I've tried holding down Back slash while it's booting up, still isn't working. I've even tried restarting my graphic's driver with the Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B method, still nothing.

i didnt say booting up, i said while vrc is loading, so after the EAC splash screen closes and vrc opens hold back slash \

edit: also aparently if your running an AMD GPU rolling back the driver to a previous version is a possible fix (note: i dont run amd and dont know how far back youd need to go, the use of DDU is advised)

so I just got it fixed. my homeworld was causing th eunity crashes. I booted up vrchat through the website by making a new world instance of a random world and booting up vrc through that
