Worlds and Avatars loading slowly...

I don't know what is going on with my VRchat, but I recently started to suffer seriously slow load times when trying to load a world. And when I do eventually join, everyone else's avatars load very slowly as well. Sometimes to the point where the game just randomly disconnects from the world because of it.

I have tried verification, CMD tricks, Uninstall/Reinstall, but it seems no matter what I do, everything is loading at a very slow pace with little to no mbps being loaded into each world. I have no clue how to fix this, and I am just about at my wit's end...Any suggestions?
