Black Screen

So, i've gotten a black screen for some reason suddenly when i open VR Chat... and i CANNOT load anything, Google is saying "clear cache" but when i try to do that, i cant find anything on how to do it... its giving me vague answers, and not helping much at all, any suggestions?
