Vrchat locks at 60fps (at 90hz) [FIXED]

•Vrchat runs at 60 fps when I am inside worlds (not when loading them though) both in vr (quest 3 with steam link) and on desktop.

•I came back this week from summer holidays to my uni apartment, where my pc is at, and this started happening. Before the holidays it run without a problem.

•Steam link refresh rate is at 90hz and resolution at 100%.
Gpu usage doesn't go above ~60% so it's some setting that's holding it back.
Pc's specs are 7900xt & 5800x3d + 32gb Ram.

•On desktop with unlimited fps, it is locked at 60 except when looking at something simple, like a plain wall, when it goes to hundreds of frames.

•Other vr and non vr games run just fine so its something with vrc.
•I checked the arenaline (AMD) software and there aren't any frame caps or radeon chill enabled
•All drivers are updated.

What have I missed??
Any and all help is appreciated.

same issue. AMD GPU+CPU via steam link. Before I could push 120hz, but now stuck at 60 at any settings at any load except when single staring at wall

today's update fixed this issue, at least it did for me
