Is there a was to completely reset your VRChat settings?

My GAME settings somehow got completely nuked after someone crashed me, and I can't fix everything. Is there a way to reset the GAME config to default settings? Like, is there a button somewhere in the settings menu to do a total reset of VRChat's settings? I can't find any help anywhere as all the searches only show how to reset avatars, i want to reset the game itself without reinstalling it or tampering with the files directly.

didnt say if vr user or not so this is for desktop
escape > cog wheel (bottom) > expand (top right box in a box icon) > on left scroll down to debug > on debug scroll to bottom and clear all cacjes (i know just wait ) > scroll back to top of debug and clear locol peofile data > exit vrc
launch vrc, if this didnt set you back to defaults the only other thing i know that works is to uninstall, then edit registry removing all vrchat references DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK

Yeah I forgot to mention i was in VR, but at least this showed me where to go. Still didn't fix my problems so i did a reinstall.
