new update has a loooot of problems.

-unable to join group sessions in some worlds.
-media player not working for half the users in the instance. ''rate limited'' or ''failed to load'' or loops loading endlessly no matter who puts in what.
-half the avatars stuck looping ''Loading cache...''
-try to rejoin instance after all these symptoms then leaves you stuck in a black void until you force close VRChat via Task Manager.

never had these issues till this recent patch. like, are the servers slowly updating to this new version and thats what's causing the issues or did y'alls new batch of code actually break the game? I ask with curiosity in mind, not bashing.
