Game Crashes when Loading a world (besides home world)
The game starts up fine, I can log in, load my home world (whether it's default or not doesn't matter, I've tested a bit) but the game seems to just crash when I try travelling worlds (just loading a new world, even though it works if I set it to my home world and restart) which is pretty weird. crashes on vr and desktop, doesn't matter.
I've tried clearing my user cache, deleting all of the files in my appdata and temp folders, completely reinstalling the game, verifying files, updating graphics drivers, updating my pc, restarting my pc several times, closing all external applications, pretty much everything. Yes, it's allowed through my antivirus and firewalls. Running as admin also does nothing.
sometimes, but not every time, when it crashes a second window pops up titled "VRChat - Unity 2022.3.6f1-DWR_7f73daa6e224"
I have never had this problem before. my game has crashed prior to this, but it's never been consistent. I can't even load into worlds I have preloaded.
I'm running windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3930)
latest Nvidia graphics driver from GeForce Experience app, tried the last build and then the most current (551.23). both don't work, despite working before. No other game is having an issue with loading.
I haven't played for the last ~2 updates so I don't know how long this has been a problem but it's very annoying.
I'm using a Meta Quest 1 with a link cable, using the most up to date version of the oculus app, though I don't think that's the issue because it crashes on desktop with the oculus app closed anyways.

Is there any way to fix this or do I just have to wait and hope for a future update to fix it?

Same here, Its been happening to me since the 11th this month. I personally believe its their update that they did. Surprised they haven't tried to revert the update back.

Heres a temp fix for this that I found for a lovely person on here having the same issues!! I can confirm it works!

" My friend helped me find a solution! So its an issue with your IPV 6. SO go to your control pannel, Network and Internet, network connections, Then right click on either the Ethernet or the Wi-Fi (whichever your using for your PC) Then go to Properties and uncheck "Internet Protocol Version 6. Then boom that should fix it! "

this still isn't working for me, it actually made me crash mid-world too, but I still can't join another world.

Yeah it depends on if u have true IPV6 or whatever as well. If it doesnt work (as u said) then just check it back or but the thing back to how it was before the steps. Most likely would have to wait for an actual fix for vrchat then, sadly.
