Offline testing mode

i need some help... ever since a black out that lasted more than a day happened over a week ago, each time I try to play VRChat it keeps doing the loading in then crashing or the infinite loading screen that says something about Offline testing mode... I have no idea how to get out of offline testing mode and I really wanna play VRChat again because it's my favorite game, if there is anyone who can help me with this problem pls say something...

A friend of mine has started to run into this issue too and we’ve been running our heads into a wall trying to fix it, has anybody found a workaround or fix for this?
