Full Body Tracking Bug (without full body)

I'm experiencing some weird bug where my avatar will T-pose when I load into a new world or change avatars, and I can't move until I T-pose with it and move my hands a bit. There's also a small, grey ball near my character, and my body seems to be attracted to it. Apparently this is for full body tracking, even though I have not set anything up for such. I reinstalled VR Chat, cleared my cache, deleted VR Settings, and even used the preset models to check if it was just my avatars, it's universal across all avatars for me. Also, a Steam controller will sometimes appear in my right hand. I have no idea what's going on.

I had this problem yesterday. Have you got any controllers pluged in? Anything such as pedals, joysticks and handcontrollers caused my problem.
