My avatar is floating

While I was in game I adjusted my real user height and and It caused me to start floating in the air. When I tried to put the height back at the number that it was before it did not fix it. Does anyone have a clue on how I can Fix this?

To go up, lower the height setting.
To go down, raise the height setting.
Adjust until your feet are firmly on the ground.

In addition to adjusting your in-game height, changing your avatar and restarting VRChat can also help fix this.
