Crash ALOT since I started playing - d3dll.dll error

This is the only game I seem to crash a lot in, I've probably crashed over 100 times at this point and its beyond frustrating. After trying some online fixes like forcing dx9, cleared cache, reinstalled, verified files, reinstalled drivers and more. I cant seem to fix it.

If anyone has a solution that would be greatly appreciated. I have a 980ti. For all I know it could be a USB causing the issue, I've seen weirder things. I also am only playing on desktop mode
