"Unusual client behavior" error

Ever since the Discord announcement about not using clients, (possibly since the latest update on 01/20/2021) I have been experiencing this popup. It states Disconnected at the top, and gives the reason of unusual client behavior. I asked around for help, and uninstalled all of the app data folders in Local Low, uninstalled VRChat, made sure NOTHING VRChat related was on my PC, restarted my computer, and reinstalled VRChat. I am still experiencing the issue, and I am lost on what could be causing it. It may just be this update, but I don't want to have to wait until the next update to find out. I use an Index with fullbody tracking, and I've tried the game in desktop mode, VR without fullbody, and VR with fullbody. I have 300 hours in this game, and I have never seen anything like this. Everything gives me the same error, no difference, and I also did a lot of research, tried a bunch of different keywords, to only find one Reddit post about this issue, with no real solution to it. I looked here as well, but it seems like nobody has posted about this issue before. What more could I try to do to get VRChat working again, without waiting for the next update, if anything at this point?

If anyone else needs help with this situation, I have found the solution: restart your router. If all else fails, just restart the router. It should fix the issue.
