User Icon 'No Image Found'

I've taken a picture in game and uploaded one from the website but it still says 'No Image Found' Any suggestions?

It randomly fixes itself over time, took an entire day for it to show them finally. Best to upload or take the picture you want to use then wait a few hours or the next day for it to work
