Problem with the "Kon" avatar.
Hello, so i purchased the Kon avatars a few hours ago, however i quickly realized the eyes aren't working, and i believe there was a preconfigured eye tracking, but that don't work either,

in fact, the entire eye bones aren't working for me.
The bones exist for them, but the pupils don't move when you move that bone.

I do not know why this is, and i've tried to fix it, but i don't know how.

this is where i purchased it: https://mido0021.booth.pm/items/1415037

can anyone help me with this?

Hello Lex i know its been about a year but the reason why the eye bones and eyes arnt working is because the creator or seller didnt connect the eye to the bone at all. it can be done through blender. weight painting the eyes to the eye bone will fix your issue. (taught by close Friends) i hope this helps. if you already figured it out then great.

The avatar was most likely made for the Avatar 2.0 system and is not fully compatible with the new Avatar 3.0 system.
Contact the vendor of the avatar to have that fixed, or delve into the documentation for the new system and make the necessary adjustments.

the eye bones now have to be selected in the vrc descriptor, make sure you are selecting the right bone as there may be more than one named for the right eye, from the old system.
