Oculus and push to talk

So I can't figure out how to make push top talk work in Vr, I downloaded Open Vr and turned on push to talk but it doesnt give me an actual option to map a button to push to talk, and ontop of that when I turn on the push to talk it makes my Mic not work in discord. has anyone had this problem?

there are two boxes you need to check for push to talk, on is the main page and the other i think is under Audio, the one under audio lets you map it i either trigger, grip or touchpad i think

no idea regarding the discord thing though
