Keeps logging me out

So even if I use my Steam account or VRChat account I still can't stay on the game for even 10 minutes without it freezing and logging me out then taking be back to the Hub. I'll join a world for a few seconds and walk around then everyone disappears and the vrchat logo pops up and says it's logging me in. So yeah, anyone else having that problem? I'm sure it's because of how many people are online but maybe it's just my computer?

same is happening to me. first time playing and was working well. but now it keeps logging me out. and i doubt any one will help.

The game was working for me too but no matter what I'm still being logged out :/ Oh well, hopefully someone figures out the answer.

it's not your computer, i have a gtx 1080 ti i7-8700k and my friends and I have this problem as well

exact thing is happening to me. i get my avatar from a custom world that i cant enter without permission, and its super annoying to close the game and open it back up from the world link to get the avatar. Play for 10-20 minutes and automatically logs me out and my avatar is gone

Something weird is that two days ago when you would lose your avatar I found out you can choose it again when you hit the Change button in the menu. It was storing a backup basically after it would force you to sign out. Well, yesterday they somehow broke that feature and now it forces you to have one of the basic ones. So that workaround appears to be gone now.

I started having this problem 3 days ago after my internet provider did maintenance for an hour and a half, Its been doing this since then.

How many times is a few? I've been having this same issue or close to it for a few months now and it makes me not want to play the game when I keep reloading into my spawn every five seconds.

Over 2 days I had to redownload it like 6 times but when you do it dont uninstall from steam. go into your programs in ur windows menu to uninstall.
